Harebrain Incorporated (“HBI”) warrants to the original end-user/purchaser ("Customer") that each product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the Customer owns it. HBI makes one exception to the preceding sentence in that the WhisperPhone Duet tubing does not carry a lifetime guarantee. See HBI Return Commitment page for tubing warranty.

If The Product becomes damaged or defective in any way, simply contact us and HBI will replace the damaged Product free of charge. This warranty does not cover any defect caused by accident, negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism, fire, water, or other peril, exposures to extremes of temperature, dust, or humidity. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

There are no expressed and implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability (an unwritten warranty that The Product is fit for ordinary use) except as set forth herein. HBI will not pay for any loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of The Product or it’s failure to work, or any other direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty which HBI extends on The Product and it sets forth all of HBI’s responsibilities regarding The Product. All other warranties are disclaimed. Notwithstanding our stated returns policy, repair or replacement of The Product during the warranty period is the Customer’s exclusive remedy. In accordance with terms and exceptions of this limited warranty, HBI will either repair or replace The Product, which is shown to be defective. A DOA/defective Product returned for replacement will be replaced with the same Product as the original unit and will not be subject to freight charges.
